Book Clubs

The Open Window Book Club will take a break this summer, but you can still read some great books that other Iowans are reading.  The All Iowa Reads program, sponsored by Iowa Center for the Book, encourages Iowans statewide to come together in their communities to read and talk about a single book title in the same year.

 

This year's selection for kids is "The Lonely Heart of Maybelle Lane" by Kate O'Shaughnessy.  Adult selectins include "What I Carry" by Jennifer Longo and "The Butterfly Effect" by Rachel Mans McKenny.
